Common questions.
What kinds of problems do you fix?
Broken checkouts, failed deployments, WordPress/Shopify issues, React and Next.js errors, Stripe integration bugs, email delivery failures, API problems, and most other code-level issues for small business sites. If you're not sure whether it qualifies, describe it to Max — our intake bot — and we'll tell you.
How long does a fix take?
You'll have a diagnosis within 2 hours of submitting. Most Quick and Standard fixes are fully resolved within 4–8 hours. Complex Project-tier work may take up to 24 hours. We keep you updated throughout — no radio silence.
What if you can't fix it?
You don't pay. If we take a look and can't resolve the issue, we'll tell you clearly and you won't be charged. That's the fix-or-free guarantee.
Do you need access to my server or codebase?
Usually yes. We'll ask for the minimum access needed — typically read access to your repo, or admin access to your CMS or hosting panel. We'll never ask for more than necessary and we treat your credentials with strict confidentiality.
What's the difference between the plans?
Quick Fix ($99) is for isolated, single-issue bugs. Standard Fix ($299) covers multi-file problems or anything requiring deeper debugging across the codebase. Project ($499) handles larger fixes, feature-level work, or partial rebuilds. Retainer ($599/mo) gives you ongoing on-call coverage with priority response.
What if the fix doesn't hold?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll re-fix it at no charge. If we still can't resolve it, we'll issue a refund. We don't disappear after delivery.
Do you work nights and weekends?
